Our Tenancy Setup Service, includes any form of support that you may need in terms of budgeting, shopping, laundry, cleaning, cooking skills and medical appointments, plus any housing related issues that you may need support with. 

We will help you with the setup process – and in claiming your housing benefit – and other benefits you may require. 

We can (if required) source the appropriate property for you, and become your private landlord – with your own tenancy agreement.

We then give you additional support, with a dedicated team of P.A.’s under your personal budget – using our provider managed account.
